Returned Merchandise Condition
The item must be returned in NEW condition, and in original shipping packages.
Returning Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your purchased item arrives damaged or defective, you can send it back for a full refund or we will replace your order and waive all shipping charges for the replacement order. Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
We ship by United Parcel Service. UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes, therefore we need a physical address. All packages are sent out by UPS ground service. 2nd day and overnight express shipping is an additional charge.
